Adelaide concert, just my feelings

First Darren's performance was awesome, even I'll bet he was cool, which I didn't like previously! Sorry but Specificus were terrible, definitely not my scene at all. If you get migraines for goodness sake don?t watch!!!!

Ok, front row to me means front row, not ending up behind the ppl who were originally supposed to be in the rows behind. Was blown away by how *selfish* some of Darren's fans are - I shouldn't have been.

The view of Darren was incredible even behind the first row of ppl. He is very handsome for someone 13 years younger, lol.

I danced, sung etc etc but found myself wondering on a number of occasions what the hell I was doing at the front, complete with screaming hysterical *girls* and some more mature women. Guess I wasn?t completely comfortable [img]frown.gif[/img]

His voice was brilliant even though we had been told he had an awful sore throat!

Guess I am not a good fan or whatever you want to call it because I could never intrude on his private time to meet him. I firmly believe once he leaves the theatre that?s it!

Seems a big anti-climax today, all the build up and now it's over, not to mention the stolen bag incident [img]frown.gif[/img]

The girls (Nicky 14 and Kristy 12) also ended up going. They love Aneiki, who I must say did very well. They also didn't like Specificious but are now very impressed with Darren [img]smile.gif[/img] They did say however that SG is better and the most noise was made when he sang SG songs! I loved the way he did the SG songs.

I also agree with Carla, the man can certainly *move*.

I agree.. Specificus *ick* hehe I dont think their music really suited being a support act for someone like Darren, you know what I mean? Aneiki came on, and they were excellent.. they got the crowd all pumped up, but the Specificus came on & the crowd just about fell asleep lol Not my kind of music I have to say.. and Roberts 'dancing' (if you can call it that LMAO) Unfortunately though, people were booing them in Sydney. No matter how bad they were, nobody deserves to be booed off stage [img]frown.gif[/img] Ahh well, Leonie said it was only their 4th live performance.. maybe they'll get better.

They were booed off stage here too Jen and I agree that was not deserved, even though I didn't like them I still clapped!
